- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to Gymatra's paid features requires a valid subscription. Fees are charged based on your plan and the number of active client profiles. All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

All content, features, and functionality of the Gymatra platform are the exclusive property of Gymatra and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gymatra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
