How is my monthly subscription calculated?
Your rate is calculated solely based on the number of active athlete profiles you manage on the platform. For example, if you coach 30 active clients, your total is 450 MAD per month.
Is there a minimum billing threshold?
Yes, our coaching plans start with a minimum of 10 active profiles (amounting to a minimum rate of 150 MAD per month).
Does this pricing apply to full gym management services?
No. The 15 MAD/month per client (~$1.5/client) is only for clients who receive online coaching from you — personalized workout programs, nutrition plans, and coach-client communication. It does not include gym management features such as access control, on-site subscriptions, or POS. Contact us for a custom gym management quote.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my account at any time?
Absolutely. All coaching subscriptions in Morocco are commitment-free. You can increase or decrease active profiles or cancel your subscription whenever you wish.
